Returns

1. Scope

This policy applies to physical desktop PCs sold by BPP PCs for delivery within the United Kingdom.

2. Consumer Cancellation Right

Where applicable, consumers have a 14-day cancellation period beginning the day after delivery.

3. Return Condition

Returned goods should be in suitable condition and packaged safely for transport.

4. Return Costs

For cancellation returns, return delivery costs are the customer responsibility unless stated otherwise. If goods are faulty or not as described, return costs are covered by BPP PCs.

5. Faulty Goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as provided by law.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are sent through Stripe to the original payment method.
