1. Overview

These terms apply when you buy a physical desktop PC from BPP PCs through this website.

2. Orders

Orders are placed when payment is completed through Stripe Checkout using the product Buy Now link.

If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

3. Product Information and Pricing

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Product images are illustrative, and equivalent components may be used when needed.

All prices displayed are in GBP.

4. Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. BPP PCs does not receive or store full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only. Delivery timings are estimates and can vary.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Consumers have rights under UK law, including a 14-day cancellation period for distance purchases where applicable.

7. Faulty Goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with UK law.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law states otherwise.
